Loan Signing Fees (Closing Attorneys, Lenders, Title Companies and Signing Services):

• Buyer Purchase Documents - $200

• Seller Documents - $100

• Refinance - $150

• Home Equity Line (HELOC) - $100

• Loan Modification - $100

• Reverse Mortgages - $150

• Scan Packages Back - $30

• General Notary Services - $10/per notarized signature plus $.76/mile

• Variable rates if request from a Signing Service
