Listing MLS Setup & Activation
$200.00

Launching a listing takes time you'd rather spend with clients. We handle the full MLS setup from document pulls to activation so your listing goes live accurately and on time.

Service includes:

  • Pull county documents

  • Pull current deed

  • Pull city/county permits and flag any notes for the agent (as applicable)

  • Pull flood map and note flood zone status

  • Pull previous MLS listing and applicable documents, including the CRS report

  • Pull septic/well permits (as applicable)

  • Pull county tax bill

  • Enter listing data, measurements, photos, and documents into MLS

  • Activate listing in MLS

  • Add showing instructions to Showing Time

  • Add open houses to MLS (as applicable)

We'll need all listing details, photos, measurements, and documents before we begin. If any information is missing, it may delay your listing activation. Once the listing is active, we hand it back to you. No further updates are made after activation.
