Meet Kirsten

Hi, I'm Kirsten. I've lived in North Carolina for 28 years and in the Triangle area for 25 of those. I'm a mom to two amazing adult children, Anna and Noah, and my house is full of life: two dogs, Kona and Maui, that I co-parent, a feisty little cat named Hali, and a chonky grand-kitty named Lulu.
I've been in the real estate industry for over 25 years. I started as an agent helping people buy and sell homes, and quickly discovered I had a knack for the details, coordination, and behind-the-scenes work that makes a transaction actually run. In 2004 I moved into operations, and have spent over 21 years in real estate operations leadership and consulting.
Through years of experience, coaching, training, and career development, I've found my real passion: helping others grow. I see potential, and I help it flourish.
